Big Sur Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery based in Shanghai, China since 2016. Our roasting principle is to express the inherent characteristics of the coffee varieties and the flavor of the terroir through optimal roasting by Loring S35 for espresso beans and Loring S7 for filters.
